Growing up in Pennsylvania Molly began working professionally when she was thirteen years old at Philadelphia s Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. In the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods in 2002, she was awarded an award called the Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. The role was reprised when Molly was able to make her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. Molly was awarded an award from the Drama League Award for this performance. Molly has also appeared as a character in the Broadway version of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. Following her graduation from Princeton University, where she graduated with a B.A. with a major in religion. She also became a Triangle Club member, Molly was a student at Princeton University. It was during this time that she made her film debut in Disney's College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. When she was in the college, she made her acting debut in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly worked in TV including Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of numerous regional plays, among them The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee produced by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 as well as the North Shore Music Theatre's 2010 production The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly performed the role of Anne. Molly was a part of several regional productions including The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. The play in which she performed the role of the teenage daughter Ali.
